Announcement: We Provide I.V. (Intravenous) Sedation:

We are happy to announce that Dr. Austria provides IV sedation.  IV sedation is predictable, safe, and in most cases covered by insurance.  I.V. sedation is used in all aspects of dental procedures, especially for patients with high anxiety.  Dr. Austria received his training at Oregon Health Science University (OHSU) and has met the requirements set forth by the ADA and the Oregon State Board.

Dr. Austria has a significant amount of post-graduate training in implants and other dental specialties.  He achieved his associate fellowship with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and currently is finishing his diplomat status with the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

An advanced procedure that Dr. Austria has added to his treatment modality is Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), a cutting-edge technology that accelerates healing with less post-op pain from dental surgeries. PRP was initially used over 20 years ago in the dental community to enhance wound healing in cancer patients with jaw reconstruction and now it is used in medicine from cardiovascular surgery to orthopedics.
